PVC suction hoses are bright, corrosion resistant, stable and durable. 1, look at weather resistance. The most direct way is to put the PVC pipe in a place with high temperature and high light for a few days, to observe the surface conversion rate, and the smaller the surface, the stronger the weather resistance of the PVC pipe.
2, look at the raw materials. Analysis of raw materials for PVC pipes requires specialized knowledge and equipment, but some simple inference methods are equally useful. Take the same diameter, wall thickness, length of the two pipe control components, high-component PVC pipe, calcium powder, impurities added too much, raw materials are not pure, can not meet the requirements.
3. Look at whiteness and color. If the PVC pipe is added too much in the production process, the pipe will be black and yellow, which will affect the quality of the PVC pipe.
4. Watch the thickness. According to the pipe diameter rule, it is checked whether the thickness of the PVC pipe wall is average.
5, take the sample to fall. If the product quality requirements are high, it may be worthwhile to beat the PVC pipe and check the toughness of the PVC pipe. The PVC pipe that is simply broken is usually a high calcium product.
