PVC steel wire tube common faults and solutions

PVC steel pipe often encounters such failures in the production process. The following professional PVC steel pipe manufacturers will tell you how to deal with these faults.

Yellowish
cause of issue:
1. The heating system is faulty and the temperature is high;
2, the extrusion speed is too slow, the material stays in the nose and the barrel for too long;
3. The material is tidal;
4. There is a problem with the raw materials; the formula ratio is wrong.
Solution:
1. Change materials for comparison;
2. Strengthen the current number check;
3. Adjust the process.
Appearance pattern
cause of issue:
1. There are impurities in the raw materials;
2. The die temperature is too high;
3. The temperature of the barrel is not suitable;
4. The mold pressure is insufficient.
Solution:
1. Replace the raw materials for comparison test;
2. Adjust the process temperature.

Pipe length varies
cause of issue:
1. The production speed changes;
2. The position of the travel switch changes relative to the cutting machine or the travel switch is not detected properly;
3. The meter is not working properly;
4. The cutting machine is not working properly and the air pressure is unstable;
5. Poor contact.
Solution:
Adjustment and repair
Air bubbles on the inner wall
cause of issue:
1. The vacuum of the real machine is too low or the vent hole is blocked;
2. Insufficient plasticization and insufficient feeding;
3, the raw materials are not good, the mixing process is not good, the formula is not suitable, the feed fluctuation is too large.
Solution:
1. Adjustment and repair;
2. Adjusting the process;
3. Clean the feed port and check the cooling system of the feed port.
Yellow line
cause of issue:
1. The mold accumulates;
2. The production temperature is too high and some materials have been decomposed;
3, the screw accumulates;
4. The transition zone accumulates.
Solution: clean up

Cutting oblique
cause of issue:
1. The cutting machine is not in the correct position;
2. The cutting machine stroke speed is inconsistent with the production speed;
Solution:
1. Adjust the position;
2. Adjust the air pressure.
The product has a hole
cause of issue:
1. There are impurities, cokes and other substances in the materials;
2. Insufficient material plasticization;
3. The material export mold is affected by the pull;
4. The billet enters the water;
5. The production process and mixing process are not good.
Solution:
1. Screening;
2. Replace the raw materials;
3. Adjust the process.
Uneven wall thickness
cause of issue:
1. The gap between the die and the mandrel is not evenly adjusted;
2. The parts of the machine head are unevenly heated;
3, the host torque is unstable, causing the discharge is unstable;
4. The tractor is unstable;
5, the tube is not evenly cooled.
Solution:
1. Adjust the wall thickness;
2. Adjust the traction speed;
3. Adjust the cooling water;
4. Adjust the air pressure;
5. Adjust the process or clean the die.


Wrinkle
cause of issue:
1. Insufficient plasticization of materials or uneven plasticization of materials and too large raw material particles;
2. The pressure on the nose is too small;
3. The production speed is too fast;
4. The stroke speed of the tractor is inconsistent with the production speed;
5. The cooling water temperature is too high.
Solution:
1. Adjust the traction speed;
2. Adjust the cooling water to be too small;
3. Adjusting the process;
4. Adjust production speed.
